By thoroughly researching market lenders and rates that are flexible and sensitive to your circumstances we can look to help you reduce your mortgage payments or improve your borrowing terms, so you don’t have to pay more than you need to.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you re-mortgage.

If you are creating a buy to let portfolio or building your portfolio our team is committed to researching the most appropriate mortgage solution for you. In this area of property finance there are increased complications as lenders use varying methods of assessment, Panthera Finance is equipped with the knowledge and connections to find the mortgage that is right for you.
